• Overall responsibility for Tradedoubler Finland’s Network business (Affiliate + Campaign / Display)
• Full P&L responsibility
• Member of Market Unit North-East Europe management team
• Formulate mid-term strategy as well as short term goals. Work closely with key clients to secure and expand business, build and nurture strong network among advertisers, media agencies and publishers
• Overall responsibility for Finnish market contracts, taking active role on key contracts
• Identify and exploit new market possibilities, including for mobile and “new devices”
• Manage, train and motivate the Finnish organization, work to retain key staff and reduce staff turnover
• Accountable for budget, budget compliance, forecasting, sales and revenue targets, cost control.
• Co-ordination with other TradeDoubler units around e.g. marketing issues and best practice – sharing
Additionally:
• Member of the corporate's core strategy group (2010)
• Global Change Leader with a task to drive and implement the organizational changes to 18 countries. Reporting directly to the CEO. (2010-2011)
• Market Unit North-East Europe Sales Lead with a task to to boost the sales in 7 markets (2011).

Satama Interactive Plc was merged with Trainers' House and changed its name to Trainers' House Plc in January 2008.
Trainers' House Plc provides training and marketing consultancy services in Finland and internationally. Its marketing and communications services include performance marketing, strategic communication, retail marketing, Web analytics, and online digital productions.
My responsibility was to lead Satama Interactive's most rocking crew Flash Fabriek. FF was a cutting edge creative production agency that gathered the best talent in country under the same roof.

I was responsible for developing my clients' business by sophisticated and creative marketing solutions with a clear ROI mindset. My job was not to bring in as many ad competition awards as possible, but meeting my personal and my clients' budget targets.
Later I took over also agency's new business responsibility as a Sales Director.

Marketing Planner / Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce
The Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce is one of the largest chambers of commerce in Europe based on voluntary membership. With 6 500 members, it includes all the leading companies in the region and works seamlessly with the actors and the stakeholder groups in the region.
I was responsible for planning and executing B2B marketing activities to support chambers of commerce's seminar sales. I used various tools to reach my targets; traditional DM, email, telemarketing etc.
